Terms of Service Terms of Service By checking this box I acknowledge that I have read and agree to these terms and conditions. DESIGN POLICIES: ALL design projects and packages (Graphic, Website, Photo and Video) must be submitted with a 50% deposit before work is started, and the remaining 50% once work is completed. All balances must be paid in full upon receipt of invoice. If you request design services and we begin the initial set-up, you will be charged for the design in full. In the design phase, we will continue to consult with you to receive your input. If you are not 100% satisfied with the design, we will work with you to create the design of your choice. However, we do not give any refunds on any projects. Client agrees to provide Hidden Treasure Media with Project Request Form, and any additional information so that the work may be completed on time, and to the client’s satisfaction.
